"I called the billing department and talk to someone there about understanding my bill. The lady sounded extremely annoyed and didn't answer any of my questions. They are all scum. Beware of the $346 NEW PATIENT charge. What an absolute joke of a place."
"I am really unhappy with the care I received from Christopher low. He really didn’t dig into what was causing my problem. I only saw him ONE time which was my very first visit. He suggested to maybe wait it out and see if my symptoms went away and/or get the CT scan done that he had written up if it didn’t go away. Well my symptoms didn’t go away and I took the ct scan. After doing the Ct scan I did not hear from this physician until 2 and a half weeks later and through an email. I even tried contacting him 5 times after completing my scan in the manner of a voicemail, message with receptionist and messages through their portal. I would have expected a phone call to have had a discussion about my care. At the end he didn’t even suggest to come in and talk more about my symptoms (which is usually the norm in healthcare) he simply said “nothing is abnormal” and to talk to a different specialist. Just to make this known. While I waited for some sort of response from him during the two weeks after I had completed the scan… I was experiencing pain and did not know what to do or who to go to but to this “doctor”. I TRULY felt abandoned as a patient and I am truly unhappy of it all."
"Do NOT ever use this medical provider. Their prices (even after insurance) are SIGNIFICANTLY higher than what's listed on fairhealthconsumer. They also upcode on their services to get more money. When I disputed to my insurance, the provider did not cooperate in the investigation. AVOID AT ALL COSTS"
"If we could rate zero then I would have rated it as zero stars. My wife had a follow up appointment and unfortunately she was late by 10 mins for the appointment so she was denied treatment. But was given another appointment the following week. She was right on time but now the doctor Layland kept us waiting for 15 mins and showed up with no apology. Now coming to the treatment. Looks like Dr. Layland is just cleaning up just the wax. He does not properly examine the ear and does not explain why the wax builds or provides any precautions. My wife visited the doctor in June, Dr cleared her wax and she took medication that the doctor gave. And in no time the wax started to build. So she scheduled a follow up appointment and visited him in August & the doctor cleared up the wax again and did nothing. And later told her to come in 3 weeks. It appears to me that they want to have her visit always and the doctor can clean up the wax for money. I would not suggest this doctor or their clinic."
"You have to visit the office/get sick every 3 months to pay $150 instead of $250. I was in the office 2 times and this is my third time. Problem is still not solved. You have to pay the big money to be seen. When did good sense dissapeared? And the front desk said I would no be able to be seen if I don’t pay. I hope she gets treated the same way next time she will need medical treatment."
