"Called my cellphone, 6 months after my mother passed away which was only listed as an emergency contact! How did they get it? What about HIPPA and patient privacy? Refused to say what doctors office they represent. My mothers GOOD doctors knew her and all had received copies of her death certificate. Any doctor using this office for billing should be extremely cautious and embarrassed. They do not present themselves as a reputable company. At the moment when I said my mother passed away, they should have taken that information and contacted whatever doctor they represent. Instead, the rep tells me they need a power of attorney to talk to me! I never asked them to call my cellphone in the first place! My mothers death is hard enough, I have no desire to deal with foolishness. Shame on you! -0 rating!"
