"Do not go, this place is highly unprofessional. Im in the building for my appointment and call just to verify suite, only to have a staff member completely confused on having any appointment. I walk in only to have a staff member tell me that “sorry, my appointment has been canceled since the doctor is at the hospital and that Angelica had been trying to cancel with me” I wouldn’t call me being in the building at 9:55am and having an appointment at 10am and calling Angelica about suite number, only to have her clearly not have written it down or checked the weeks agenda “doing her due diligence to cancel” Incredibly unprofessional, I drove from the loop downtown and got there on time because I respect their time. I usually get calls back from doctor offices the day or two before to remind clients of appointments, this place couldn’t even call me AN HOUR before or something to cancel an appointment. Made worse is the two girls in the front who give me the “options” of waiting for Angelica to come back in 20 min.....to talk about rescheduling. As I’m angrily telling the girls that it is unacceptable to cancel on someone when they are already there, another women who might be a doctor comes out to justify the cancellation...apparently the doctor only comes into the office once a week since he’s at the hospital. I’m telling her...how is this relevant? If he’s here or in a different country, it’s his and his staffs responsibility to look at his agenda and PLAN ACCORDINGLY. The place is clearly an afterthought for a med spa, the added cosmetic procedures for extra bucks."
