"I will never go back here. They bullied me when I told them I didn't want an ultrasound because my insurance wouldn't cover. They said "But it's you health which is more important." They order unnecessary tests, scared me into thinking I could have cancer when all I really have is dense breast tissue."

"4.5 hours it took to complete a mammo and ultrasound, 2 different techs, an exorbitant amount of images for a consult and 2nd opinion, to be told I needed 2 stereotactic biopsies in addition the core biopsy I'd had 2 weeks prior at another breast ctr. The stereotactic biopsy was horrifying on both sides, no pain managment I was sent home to suffer taking tylenol and using ice packs none of which helped reduce pain! and guess what both were benign! Did the radiologist at Grayslake review the images or report from the prior radiologist, I firmly believe she did NOT and in a very overzealous manner insisted I have 2x additional biopsies before NW would move forward with lumpectomy to address original issue detected a prior breast ctr. Her bedside manner was disgusting, harried and abrupt, and she went as far to tell me the clip/marker from prior biopsy had moved and could not be removed at the time of lumpectomy and it would be left! Did she turn on the light in the room after ultrasound to discuss anything with me - NO - I couldn't even see her face while she rudely stated "stereotactic biopsies on both breasts is my recommandation" never once other than to tell me the clip had moved did she address the initial reason for my visit. Avoid this facility, overzealous and obviously lacking confidence (exorbitant amount of images) is not a radiologist anyone wants making recommendations for invasive painful procedures."

"I have made several attempts to schedule an appointment. The wait time to make an appointment on the phone has been no less than 18 minutes. I still have not been able to get through to make my appointment."

"My doctors office made me a CT appointment here. When I arrived I was told my appointment was the next day and they could attempt to squeeze me in. They took no accountability for the error and just keep blaming my doctors office. I was also told these various lies by different people... We put you down for an appointment at 2 (they did not they just put me behind the 5 people from the ER and were hoping it would be 2). They never came to tell me this besides being told I would be updated when I checked in after expressing I could not wait more than 20 minutes. I found out be because my doctors office called me back. Lie 2: call this number they can listen to the phone call and investigate the error. The person calls me back and just says I can’t listen to calls and I spoke with the manager and they put you on the schedule for 2 (same manager that said she was very doubtful I would be seen by 2). Passing it off on my doctors office also doesn’t make you look at better!"
