"I wanted to give this office a try per my other specialist recommendation but after going one time to the office I certainly will not be going back, I am a stay at home mom of a toddler who at the time was just shy of 1 year. Unfortunately I didn't count on of having the luxury of having a babysitter at the time so I had to take my baby with me. While speaking to the doctor my baby started to do what any 1 year old will do which I did my very best to keep my baby calm and entertained while speaking to the doctor. When asked about why I was there she seemed to upset because there was more than 1 reason, and only 1 was listed in her notes/chart . As instead of listening she simply cut our visit short . I was in the room not even 15 min as a new patient when she ordered labs and asked for me to schedule an appointment in front when my daughter would be sleeping or have a babysitter that way I am more focused on the visit. Like I mentioned I don’t have the luxury of having a baby sitter , nor would I would have the knowledge when by baby will be sleeping. One of her office staff in front was kind enough to get the information I needed for labs and when to come back next as the doctor left the room without letting me know. She even smiled and waived to my daughter . I’ve worked in healthcare for many years and I wouldn’t treat patients like they did."

"I have been seeing Dr. Bansal for at least 4+ years. She has always been compassionate and listens to everything I say. I've never had any issues with her or her staff. I 100% recommend Dr. Bansal!"

"Dr. Bansal continuously made me feel shameful about my body and insecure about any questions I asked her. Her bedside manner could use improvement. I left every appointment feeling absolutely horrible about myself. Her office is difficult to contact via phone which is frustrating but they were usually good about responding to portal messages."

"Similar to other reviews, Dr Bansal is knowledgeable, however the overall office experience was not great. I had a prescription that had been denied by insurance. Dr. Bansal’s office said they had filed an appeal for it but it had been denied. I called my insurance provider who said there was no appeal filed. Called the office back and they said there was no reason for me to have needed that prescription, changing the story of already having filed the appeal. Bad experience with the office and I don’t plan to return due to the integrity of the staff."

"I started going here about 4 years ago due to a case of severe hypothyroidism. Dr. Bansal's staff was very attentive and they even called me 3 days after starting my medication to check in on me. I have seen Dr. Bansal and all of her nurse practitioners and it's always been a positive experience. They leave no box unchecked. You won't need to jot notes during your appointment because they will hand you what you need to do on a sheet of paper at the end. I also love how I can check my health history in the patient portal for future reference. No complaints!"
