"After a rather rude phone call from a member of their staff to schedule an ophthalmology appointment from the referral of a Duly primary doctor, I rearranged my schedule last minute only to find out halfway through the appointment I was meeting with an optometrist instead. I already met with my personal optometrist earlier. I was seeking the opinion of an ophthalmologist at the request of my primary doctor. She was nice and had my best interest in mind, but I couldn’t be more upset with the Duly Ophthalmology department for misleading/bait and switch treatment."

"They are never on time and over schedule patients. I would not recommend this location at all ."

"This so called "Medical Professional" Dr Sapna Sanjay Shah ; was nothing but ignorant during our whole 3 minute sit down. After I told her i disagreed with her ; and what she was saying she then got up and left the room. All of these doctors in this Dupage Medical Group have been nothing but an absolute waste of time."
