"I brought my glucometer so the Endocrinologist could have the last month of my accucheck readings and the doctor stated the office did not have the capability of downloading my accuckeck readings. Front desk staff very rude. I stood in front of two women at the desk and waited patiently for them to finish what they were doing and acknowledge me. After a few minutes one said is your insurance the same? No greeting, didn't even bother to look up at me. Since I was the only person in the lobby, I had to assume she was speaking to me. By the way, I've only been to this office twice."

"Contrary to other reviews, I found the front desk staff to be pleasantly straight foward and efficient. They are no doubt very busy. If anything, they could probably use another staff member. ;) In no way did I ever feel slighted. I'm also a very busy person, so I much appreciated that I was able to be processed and seen very quickly. It probably helped that I came to the window prepared (mask on, IDs out) and was decisive about the next appt on the way out."

"Dr. Manjunath is a phenomenal doctor. She is caring and understands my concerns and others. However, the front desk girls do not care, are rude, and overall do not know what they are doing. I feel really bad for Dr. Manjunath because I feel like a lot of clients turn away because of the front desk girls. (Advice for the company…find new receptionists that care)"

"The front desk girl Keisha was demeaning and rude and did not tell the Dr that I was waiting for her in an office for over 45 minutes until I opened the door and shouted "Hello" when I heard people in the office somewhere. She also did Not take my height and weight but asked for it! I wanted to make a complaint with the AMA because of that and her unprofessional behavior. Will Not be going back to this doctor because of her."

"The Doctor is phenomenal but her reception staff is horrendous! Rude, impatient, accusatory and nasty. Was told by Keisha that we bypassed the system because we called after hours and left a message with the answering service for Dr to call regarding glucose levels over 400. We were told not to call the service and leave any further messages?!?! This after Dr. specifically told us to call her at anytime day or night if we had an issue. The reception staff needs to stick to answering the phone, making appointments and actually give the Dr. the message when called. We would hate to lose her as our Doctor, but one more nasty interaction with the reception staff and we will be finding a new Endocrinologist!"
