"Do not go here!!!! Unless you want your bill to come hand-written and two years late. The “lady” who does the bills needs to get with the times and computerize the accounts. And send bills every month like the rest of the world. Not two years later when it’s accumulated to over a thousand. Also, they charge $15. each visit for a pair of disposable gloves that insurance doesn’t cover! Who does that?!? And the doctor-you’d think after treating a patient several times and mutilating a foot each time would realize that treatment wasn’t working and send the patient to another doctor who knew what they were doing. After unsuccessfully treating two family members for over a year, they went to other doctors. The one has permenamt damage to their foot from the doctor at Joliet Podiatry, the other had their foot completely fixed after a few visits to a competent doctor. I never write reviews because we love our doctors. But, people need to be warned NOT to go here!!!"

"Whoever answers the phones there is costing the company at least one new patient. I haven't even been to the place and I never will. Girl answered "hello" so I wasn't sure if I was calling the right place and acted as if I were bothering her by calling. She didn't even know what"self pay" was! I'll find somewhere else."
