Valet parking is available on weekdays from 6:00 am to 5:30 pm, while general parking is available 24/7 and monitored by security staff.

"I received a bill for my husbands lab work. One line on the bill stated "adjustments & Insurance payments" come to find out when I called them, they did not have insurance information and had not billed the insurance company. When I asked if they were Medicare providers, the lady on phone was like what is that? Then I get a call yesterday and they will not talk to me. Now on hold for 30 minutes - I am not a happy customer and I will make sure to report this to the physician office the sent the lab work there. definitely seems like they are not interested in working with their customers at all."
"The lab tech was rude. I have had my blood drawn countless times as I am a transplant recipient and this tech was unknowledgeable. I have to have my blood drawn at a specific time from my last medication dose and it is almost impossible to do so as they do not offer appointments. When asked the wait time, I was told less than 20 mins. I waited over 35 mins. This is why my lab results are inaccurate. I do not reccomend HealthLab at CDH. I am going to beg my doctor to go back to Quest as they allow appointments and know what they're doing."
"You recieve different balances with no explained reasoning on the bill. If the balance is not paid, the the following bill will be higher. No reason is given or by how much it went up. You must look at the prior bill and compare. The adjustments/payment amount is different on each bill. My bill increased by $28.83. Late payment I assume? Just state it don't manipulate billing numbers so it can't be seen."
"Got a bill for lab services for my son from HealthLab that has a huge headline that says, "(insert my son's name)'s visit to Central Dupage Hospital." My son has never been to Central Dupage Hospital. He went to a clinic in Chicago. Shouldn't the bill reflect where he went for services? When you call HealthLab's billing department, their attitude is, "Duh. Central Dupage Hospital was bought by Northwestern medicine and the clinic you went to is under the same umbrella, blah, blah." That stuff should be transparent to the customer. Is it too much to ask that the bill I'm being asked to pay *not* have false information? And for the billing department to acknowledge how confusing this is?"
"I had a routine blood lab sent to HealthLab and the cost was $3115!!! Again, I repeat - a ROUTINE blood lab. I called to question the charge and was treated with disdain and rude behavior. I have contacted my doctor's office to advice them of this poor treatment and outrageous charges!"
