"Great Doctors and staff. Made an appt with a different Dr thru the answering service and Bonnie at the desk called to get me in with my Dr! Dr Cipola actually calls you to discuss any testing you’ve had!!"

"I wish this post was to tell you how great the doctors are… Unfortunately I don’t know that, as I have been sitting in the waiting room for 40 minutes past my appointment time. The front desk does not seem to care and have shrugged off my requests for an update. As a new patient it’s clear that the priority was billing and insurance prior to medical care. I arrived early as requested to ensure I would not be the cause of such delays. Very unlikely to seek further treatment form this office or and Good Shepard office."

"I had my first visit here today. I arrived 15 minutes early since I was a new patient. The process was extremely easy, and all staff members were kind and friendly. My exam was thorough, on time, and Dr. Kruckmeyer listened to all of my concerns and questions. Imagine that…show up on time, be respectful to the staff, and you will be treated well."

"Dr Cipolla is a amazing doctor he is worth 5 stars! However the front desk recipients have been extremely rude every time I have been there .They definitely should not be the face of the company that represent the office. When people are sick they go there for care not to be looked down on and treated poorly. I hope that these reviews are actually reviewed and they do some sort of hospitality training with the front desk area or get new people with some!"

"I would make a formal complaint, but I don’t know how. Dr. Quinn is great. However, the staff at this office needs to work on their hospitality care. I arrive for my appointment and the CMA’s & Nurse don’t even know why I’m there. From my previous appt in October they told me to come in, in 6 weeks. 6 weeks later, today , they tell me I’m not due for another 2 months. So essentially I came here for no reason. The cherry on top of it all was when I was treated as if it was my fault. How is it my fault when your staff has miss-communication to your patients ?"
