"Kelly Blankenship writes: the Billing department does not return your calls. I see that 2 influenza tests were on my bill. I am waiting for explanation. Which could be legitimate, but still waiting for return call from month ago and this past week, in addition I wrote a note on my last bill needing explanation of charges. An office visit for flu test and strep will run you over $750.00. Thank God for insurance, but I still get stuck with deductibles. I would not recommend this facility especially if you can wait until morning to be seen."
