"We delivered our baby at 2 AM on 12/1/2022! We had a great experience with EVERYONE we interacted with. We did a tour before deciding on Mercy so we were already familiar with the check in process. Nurse Michelle checked us in and got all the paperwork she could in order for us to have baby and even some of the things for after baby, this was extremely helpful at check out because all of our stuff was already in order. Nurse Deanne was by my side in my room throughout the contractions and delivery offering great support and helpful advise and very informative throughout the process as to what options I had and she was caring in confident with all of my questions. Our night nurse was also named Michelle and she was very kind and helpful getting us settled in and helping us find our way through the first few hours. I was beyond impressed with how kind and caring everyone was with us as new parents and our new baby girl! 10/10 recommend!"
