"Snarky and condescending attitudes over the phone. Aurora has left me feeling worse than better many times. Also whats the point of having a primary doctor when they are never there. The obgyn part of the hospital is a joke aswell, how are you able to prescribe me medication ive never taken before without even seeing me and talking to me directly about the issues I'm having? Then force me to wait to see someone to approve birth control I've been taking for years.. Switching providers asap. The only friendly people in this hospital are the receptionists."

"Absolutely terrible service here. The only service they seem competent at is increasing your bill. I made an appointment with Dr. Krukowski. He was rude and essentially forced me to go to the ER when it was not at all necessary. And for an unnecessary trip I’m charged over 2k, a bill aurora time and time again has proved to me they will not lower for any reason. Thanks for the help. They didn’t find anything or really do anything to improve my condition. In fact they worsened it with the stressful and ridiculous bills now looming over my head. I will have to already be dead to ever step foot in this place again. All the other 1 stars aren’t wrong, a zero star would be more appropriate. Avoid this place at all costs. Drive 30-40 mins out of the way rather than come here. Not only are they greedy and money hungry, their doctor’s decisions often lead to misdiagnosis or worse. Avoid avoid avoid."

"I had to change primary doctors due to moving, and I was extremely happy with how the doctors listened to me and helped me out. Not every doctor will go out of their way to make sure you’re taken care of but Theresa Hewitt was a nice change of pace in that regard. The nurses were also nice and helpful!"

"If there was an option to rate a zero, I would! I was diagnosed with a middle ear infection, a sinus infection, and wrongly diagnosed with strep throat. After fully, completely, taking my antibiotics, my symptoms never went away. I called today to tell them that I was still experiencing symptoms of a sinus infection and my ear hasn't gotten better. They told me I needed to pay another $100 to be seen! I'm in so much pain right now. So much for helping people! Oh, and the Dr. that treated me...they told me she never worked there! Way to go! Keep track of your employees! NEVER GOING BACK! !!!!!!!!!!"
