"I received letters in the mail saying I was being sued by other law firms, so I looked it up and saw indeed I was by this law firm. I called and spoke with Angela Adam’s- who was very unhelpful and rude. I asked to be emailed the summons so I’m able to respond. I said I would sign an affidavit saying I was served and email it back. Nope. I asked if I could make an apt to get the paperwork because I am never home. Nope. Not unless I set up a payment plan. Umm what? I have no idea what this is for… why would I do that without seeing any documentation?! This law firm seems to hope people will not show up to court in order to get a default judgment. Shame on them. If you are suing someone and they call and ask for information- give it to them. Why play these games?! So absurd and unprofessional. Yuck. People and companies like this give lawyers a bad name. Shame on them."

"These people are horrible human beings. They garnished my bank wages first last year. I spoke to the person in charge of my file which said that the lawyers have to work something out and that she would contact me back when they do. I kept calling back asking if the lawyers worked everything out yet. She said no but she will call when they do. Fast forward a couple of months they just garnished my bank wages again. Mind you I was waiting for them to contact me back like they said they would. They took everything from my bank, all my rent money, I don’t have a job right now and they took everything. I called them to discuss with them about if there was anything I can do to fix this. And they told me no there’s nothing and really it’s not their fault. The girls name was Nikki. I have never been treated like that in my entire life. I don’t think it’s legal for them to garnish wages without notifying or trying to contact us. I would have set up a payment plan but you guys took everything from me. Terrible horrible human beings do not deal with this firm. Disgusting human beings that don’t care about anyone but themselves and their pockets. Shame that a company like this exists. And shame on the laws to allows this to happen."

"Rude costumer service even for a debt collector. System says electronic payments bounce for insufficient funds even though there are ample funds in my account. With one bounced check you are punished by having to send in money order the next month. They weren't interested in hearing that it was impossible to have bounced E check. Said there's nothing they can do. You are at their mercy."

"They are fantastic!!!!!!! never had an issue with them super nice and understanding. I understand they are a debt collector but we need to remember they didn't put us into the debt and they have a job todo. I hope to never be in this situation again however if so I hope they are the ones to be the company to work with."

"Absolutely horrible. Kept sending my monthly payments back to me and acting like I didn't have the money. So I'm like okay whatever, so we set my boyfriends account up with them so he can start paying it, nope kept getting sent back. Finally I send in a money order through the post office, over nighted it and supposedly it was delivered. I call the next day after it says it's been delivered and they say they don't have it. I am over it!!!"
