Made it very clear he did not want to have personal involvement, to the extent possible, with our real estate purchase. Paralegal and staff did nearly everything and I had to fix errors on simple documents as a result. Couldn't be bothered to even send HOA rules, regulations, on home we bought, took me 3 emails with staff to get necessary paperwork. Could not even be troubled to sign off on end of representation letter. Average, at best."
