"I talked to a couple people briefly and they seemed decent. The low score is because the main person I was sent to talk to about issues with a landlord was a Gabbie Hill and that was a huge waste. First off, she sounded like she hated her job to where it sounded like a miracle that she even showed up to it. She didn't sound like she was listening at times and had a real snotty attitude to where I felt like I was talking to a high schooler. My former landlord is known for going to court alot and being real lawyered up because of what trouble she is. Gabby was real quick to force excuses for real bad behavior that was pretty much criminal and said that the landlord was allowed to behave in these ways and said she did have reason for pushing me out the door when she obviously didnt. I was very good tennant. She just didnt want to fix something in my apartment that is crucial (and caused me serious problems after it broke) because shes planning on dropping the building down the road.Gabbie told me alot of things that didn't sound like the law and contradicted everything that the person answering the phone and gathering information said. Well I talked to a much more professional lawyer outside of prairie state and he confirmed that Gabbie Hill had lied to me about 90% percent of what she had said. It became clear that she just didn't want to go to court and fight this landlord because of her reputation and because Gabby just hates her job and wants to do as little as possible in it. my case was pretty cut and dry.Gabbie may as well have been in high school, I in all honesty don't think that would have made any difference. BTW this former landlord ended up getting fired because of this behavior and doing other things like it. So I stand corrected."

"My fiance spent several hours trying to get all of the information over to their team. It was the day before our eviction hearing. "This place acts in bad faith. They are willing to push outlandish false allegations in court. They do this in low income communities. They figure that low income fathers can't defend themselves and they get an easy wins. They don't care if they send someone to jail on false or trumped up allegations. They only care about their padded stats on putting people in jail, wether they are innocent or not. It's a shame that our tax money subsidizes these bad faith actors."
