"Very poor communication and "timeframe estimate". We ordered my son's letterman's jacket on Oct 12th and were told it would be 4-6 wks. Around 8 wks later I called the store to check on the status since I had not heard anything. I was then told that it would likely not be shipped back to them from Atlanta until Jan 20th and then they would still have to do all the patches and embroidery. I received a call last Tuesday that it had come in and should be ready by the end of the week. I called on Friday morning and they said it would be ready by the afternoon. I got off work at 1:30 and asked if I could come get it then and was told that if I did not hear back from anyone that day then it would be ready by Monday. I left a message this morning at 7:45 before they opened to confirm it was ready so I don't drive all the way out there and I haven't heard from anyone yet. Our friends who had referred us to Hyperstitch had a similar experience with a delay in shipping and when she asked the store associate about it, she was thanked on the phone instead of apologized to or given an explanation. I know there are lots of shortages going on right now but some communication would help. That way we could have had time to switch the order and not rely on having it to give as a Christmas gift. That being said, the jacket itself turned out great. You just can’t expect it to be quick."
