"People are nice. The director Judy is a warm-hearted person. However, Judy can not LISTEN. It is really difficult to communicate with her, unless you just let her talk and shut up completely. Also, any feedback to them is regarded as hostility. So, if you want to have a healthy communication with her and the instructors, such as providing feedbacks, it may not be received well, per our experience. The instructor Dennis seems that he does not really want to teach. He told me that "Teaching was not in my original job description." He complained that a 12 year old boy humming during a 4 hour long class that has only him, the instructor, and the 12 year old student!! What is wrong with humming in such a small class from a 12 years old? He seems that he just does not like to teach and does not want to teach the class."
