"PLEASE BE AWARE !!! Don’t go to this facility. For my daughter’s physical exercises they charged us $1500 and when I called the billing department, Julia picks up the call every time and she simply blames on insurance. When I asked her why there are different charges on same day every time we went, she will simply read the billing statement and she disconnects the call. I think she is the only one in the billing department and she has zero knowledge. They just want money and their physical exercises didn’t help my daughter at all."

"I called regarding my daughter’s physiotherapy billing. No one takes responsibility. They say they’ll call but no one. They had 3 line items: 1: procedure 2: therapy and again 3: procedure Every time we go I used to accompany her and stay by her side. Just 6-8 exercises were done in 3 sets each. What’s procedure here It’s all about $$$$ and blame on insurance. I’ve one of the best insurance coverage. Even after insurance just for few sessions it close to ~$2,000 Ridiculous!! I hope someone will call me and take immediate action on this."

"my experience today was horrible ! Nurse Vickie is something else. She shouldn’t be working in a medical setting.When you have an attitude your patients sense it. She talks to me with such poor ethics just straight sarcasm ! Worst experience ever after several years ! And then I go here to post a review and see that you guys only have a two star rating at this office maybe there is a reason why and somebody has to look into how your employees are treating patients!"

"$$$ Billing is all they are concerned. They don't care for the patient in this establishment. My previous visits to other hospitals have been great until this one. Dr. Jeffrey I visited here was very professional to the COMPANY he works for, he had a three step process 1) I don't see any problem 2) Cortisone shot (steroid) 3) Surgery. :). Who also said my I wouldn’t be charged as much as the first time when I come back as I would be an outpatient. When I went back my bill was twice as much. (They blame it on the Insurance of course). When I called the doctor after step 2 and I said the pain was severe after the injection as I never had pain before to do my daily activity before taking it, all he said was let’s do surgery. Without a doubt surgery is $$$$. I realized and understood that I need to get a FIRST opinion on my condition and visited another Doctor who actually cared and is not about money who did diagnosed and asked why did I do cortisone shot. Well I told him that’s the reason for re-visit."

"I had a FANTASTIC experience at IBJI Rehab at this location. Kailee was a wonderful physical therapist; she was the one I saw the most and she really helped me a lot. Lauren was also great the couple of times I saw her. I highly recommend this location for PT."
