"I called and spoke with Mary Jane at this location and had a poor experience with her - she was curt from the start, repeatedly questioned me as to why I needed my own banking information, and proceeded to make accessing my information very difficult and ultimately told me that I would need to come in person to a location to simply find out my full account number. So I called another location - and I was helped promptly and kindly. I got my information immediately after just a few basic security questions, like the last 4 of my social and my birthdate. Easy enough! I usually do not take the time to write reviews but this conversation left me a little shocked that just calling a bank for an account number would cause such an issue and be so unpleasant, especially after seeing how nice and easy it was with the other employee. It does not take much to be nice, and things get done faster and easier that way!"

"I was very pleased with my mortgage transaction. Took very little effort to get the documents submitted. I met with the loan officer at a local branch and it was seamless. The only improvement I would like to see is a more state of the art app, or website that is a bit less archaic. It seems outdated and you can't really do much with it other than view your balance."

"This bank was a great bank until they merged with Heartland Bank and Trust Co. It sees as this bank is behind the times with an outdated app, old website, login fails that require you to call in to reset passwords. They also don't offer many of the standard options that larger banks offer. Though the staff is great - friendly and courteous."
