"Giving 2 stars because Tana and Ryan were amazing. I filed with this H&R Block in January 2022. Debbie sent my return off before I signed a single document, refused to file my out-of-state return, and filed my in-state returns incorrectly. I filed an official complaint with H&R Block and was told my fees were getting waived and I was given a coupon for the next tax season. I got my return this evening and to no surprise, I was charged $464 for my filing. I have the receipt stating I didn't have to pay filing fees. Worst filing experience of my life"
