"a couple days ago I went in for an issue I was having with my account and asked for Jorge as I always do to then find out he no longer works there. I am super upset because none of the other bankers are helpful and understanding as he was to me, my family, and especially the Latino community. I’m afraid I’ll be calling customer service more than to go into this fifth third for help."

They have the best customer service of any bank I have ever dealt with. Any of my friends know that I hate banks but not THIS bank. I would bring my business there for any of my banking needs.
