"They restructured their membership plans so now I can only go to the location I signed up at or pay and extra 15 dollars a month. They also took away my plans 24 hour access but don’t have their staffed hours posted on the website, google, the app, or even on the building itself. So I just have to show up and pray it’s during the staffed hours or else I’ve just wasted my time They’re trying to twist your arm into paying more for things you previously had access to for a lower price and it doesn’t seem like the money is going back into the facility at all they just care about you scanning in and making sure you’re only there during certain times but they won’t tell you what times those are"

"If I could rate it zero I would. The gym is absolutely trashed at all hours of the day, the staff only cares about sales and will say and do whatever they can to take your money, and to top it all off, you can’t reach a customer service department. They just hide behind email. Absolutely horrible anti-customer gym. I would recommend any place but here! Not to mention the price is ridiculous for what they offer."

"One star due to the fact that now Club Fitness wants you to pay even more money for the women’s only training area. I was harassed at the Arnold location and they told me to come to the Fenton location so I could feel safe and train in the women’s only area. Now they want me to pay even more to feel safe working out. I already have a premium package but that’s still not enough."

"Visited due to 1st Phorm event. This place has such a variety of equipment and reminds me or Lifetime fitness. I like that there's a sauna as well. Equipment was clean Staff was friendly. I'm not local to the area and it was nice. I could see how someone could possibly not like it but amenities were nice"
