"April 11th 2016 I had my first appointment with Dr. Sha , I had not idea what to expect but I had high hopes because i was desperate. Going into his office I knew everything I wanted him to know was plaguing my life and drawing me down, I will give you my list of issues I have dealt with over the years and seeing doctors and specialist with no answers. 1. Extreme fatigue 2. Not sleeping well at night 3. IBS Bloating Nausea Urge to have a bowel movement but unable 4. Migraines There was probably more symptoms but thats all I can think of for now. So I was expecting to do a usual pee test take blood all the usual, but instead Dr Sha suggest I do a stool testing/ you get this kit take it home follow some instructions then mail in. Not gonna lie I was a nervous ninny to worried I was going to mess this up however I accomplished my task and mailed it in. A few weeks later received a call from the office and had my 2nd appointment, one of the things I found out was that I had little to know good bacteria in my and this I knew was true I had been told this from another doctor. I was told I had a lot of fat in my system I believe this is due to my food not being absorbed because of my chronic constipation, Also leaky gut these two thing go together. ( Now want to explain this is my first review and I dont remember everything but Im trying). So we will go with this for now. Dr Sha started me on a high regimen of Probiotics, and Dr Wilsons Adrenal Gland therapy. This was one of my other problems my Adrenals were drained cortisol very low. I have been doing these supplements since April 11th I have had some really bad days but my days are getting better. I plan to stick this out and do another round of supplements and see how Im feeling in another month from now. I apologize if this review is sketchy but im very new at this and plan to come back and write more later."
