"Someone should have told me that I couldn’t do an early upgrade at Farmington store if you can call it a store. Never liked the phone I was sent but got it the day my son passed and it was the furthest thing from my mind. I ended up stuck with the garbage I paid for an early upgrade and was told to go to the Farmington store. They have nothing there at all! No phones but they can order you one but not if it’s an early upgrade."

"The punk that works there is a disrespectful piece of trash. He was on shift 12/11/23 around 3:15 p.m. Fortunately for him, I was not there. My wife relayed this information this evening over dinner. This kid is an entitled youth who has never been held responsible for his actions. He was not helpful to anyone. He was even verbally abusive to an elderly gentleman. My wife also had issues with him. When she asked for help he refused to assist her. He laughed in her face and was proud that his actions were detrimental to her situation. I will be stopping by at my earliest convenience to have a conversation with someone about this. I promise I am not the type to do this or even write anything negative on someone's Google Business Page. I'm the last thing from a "KAREN" I'll take it down as soon as the situation is handled."

"We switched to new little streaming boxes throughout the house. Now we have constant outages. What good is it if you can't watch anything. They wifi isn't that great either."
