"Had called several time to set up an appointment for a walk through of my elderly mothers home and they never showed up. When I called to check our their status I was given the run around. Husband stated that his wife mentioned the night before she had a walk through scheduled for 0930 and must have forgot. Said he would have her call. When she did she stated that she did not have it scheduled. She asked if I was avaliable now and I told her I was out of state and to call my mother. She called leaving my mother a message stating she had no scheduled appointment. I called the number I had and the husband asked me to call his wife because he is busy delivering a clock and didn't have time. When I asked if this is his normal business operation procedures he said call someone else and hung up. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!"
