"was charged a 10 dollar late fee on a missed three dollars for my car loan because i accidentally wrote a six instead of a nine on the check. they then proceeded to call me and tell me that if i didn’t pay the three dollars now they would charge me another 16 dollars and report this as a missed or late payment to the credit agency. i am going to pay 300 hundred dollars to refinance somewhere else so i do not have to deal with such a terrible business. why couldn’t they have called me and said “sir we believe you made a mistake and missed three dollars on your last payment. could you please make that on your next payment?” that would have been good customer service. not to mention the lady at the bank was completely rude."

"My card got stuck in the atm machine here AND in their atm at their location in Marion. Utterly ridiculous. The screen just freezes up and I can’t even hit cancel on the machine. Completely unreliable atm service."
