"We originally had an appointment scheduled in July and August. I was called to reschedule the appointments from in person to online visits which I didn't think were appropriate given the nature of treatment. In order to have an in person visit we were bumped to September. A week before the appointment, I received a call from a young lady who was nice but insisted I fill out paperwork through their patient portal which I am not comfortable doing. When I asked if the paperwork can be filled out at the office, she mentioned the parent form was 28 pages long! I am astounded that after waiting months for this appointment, I'm told to fill out their questionnaire of personal and sensitive information online. I was warned it was lengthy but 28 pages for the parent questionnaire alone seems excessive and the need for it to be done online lacks privacy regardless of how secure one thinks their portal is. Unfortunately, actual appointments didn't happen due to the disconnected nature of service. If you're looking for no nonsense one on one treatment, this may not be the place for you."

"Dr. Sharma is lovely with my son. She’s patient, listens to me and him. Works to find the simplest, safest med regimen. Overall excellent physician who seems to really enjoy seeing kids do better with her help."

"I was looking for a psychiatrist for my son and saw a couple referrals for Dr Sharma in a mom’s group. I left a message (since no appears to ever answer the phone) and contacted them online. Never heard back so I tried one more time and again nothing, very frustrating and unprofessional. If you aren’t taking new clients, I understand, but have common courtesy to reply and let us know. If this is how they run their business then I don’t want my child’s psychiatrist needs in their hands anyway."
