"tldr; Kelsey was an A+++ member of my recent home buying team, ensured a seamless closing, and always looked out for my best interest. I'll be calling Shawn Bolger Law for future real estate purchases! Always had my best interest in mind and was always in risk-mitigation mode for me. I work in finance and interface with attorneys on a daily basis, there are a lot of attorneys who are just trying to get a deal done and will let a lot slide, that is NOT Kelsey. Very detail-oriented and commanded the room during my closing - Kelsey basically closed the deal the day of. The representative from the title company was very nice, but scattered and not very knowledgeable. Kelsey stepped up and ensured a smooth, seamless closing.
