Reviews of Raymond & Raymond, Ltd.
"I was in an auto accident and Raymond & Raymond worked for the best outcome for me. They communicated with me every step of the way, worked hard for a favorable outcome, and if that isn't enough they actually cared about me and my case!"
"Family business, got the job done! Outcome was positive for the family!"
"Update on March 26, 2019: The individual mentioned below placed an order with us today and kindly offered to pay for her order from the 21st. The fact that she took responsibility for what occurred last week is a positive and we appreciated her gesture. March 21, 2019: This review is not about the attorneys’ skills in handling cases, but rather about the office's lack of professional conduct with other businesses in the community. On Thurs. March 21, 2019 at 1:03:08 pm, we received a phone order from a representative at this firm for five food orders. After the food was prepared and approximately an hour later, we noticed that the food still had yet to be picked up. We gave a courtesy call to the firm and was told that someone was already on their way. We also reminded them of our exact location. Shortly after, the original person who had ordered the food called us back and said that she had gone to the wrong restaurant. At this point, she asked what could be done and we asked if she would like to pay for the items. She stated that if she paid for the food then she would pick it up after work. We shared that while we can’t guarantee the quality of the food hours later, we would do our best to keep it hot for her. She then asked if we could just forgive her, and that she’d order from us next time. We explained to her that ingredients, labor, and time went into preparing her order, and ultimately, we would have to toss it all in the trash. She did apologize, but did not offer to pay for the food. All five food orders were thrown out. In a field as prestigious as practicing law to better the livelihood of malpractice victims, would it be reasonable to question a team’s ability to pay attention to detail in paramount medical cases when an act as simple as picking up lunch at the right location seems to be a challenge for them? What happens if medical professionals treat the wrong patient, but simply apologize and say they will treat the right one next time? While we understand that mistakes happen, we expected a higher level of integrity and ownership of actions from a “professional” firm. What privilege it is to be able to make a mistake, waste perfectly good products, and not have to take an ounce of responsibility for it - all at the expense of others."
