"Customer service is horrible. For a bank that survives off money you definitely can't tell with the lack of service. When you call to ask for help, which is once a week, you get straight hung up on. Also, if you call you end up 14 or 15 in line to wait in a que. Every time! Even if it's supposed to be a not so busy day."
