"Dr. Kao was so very kind, polite and professional. He explained the biopsy procedure which needed to be done very thoroughly and was in utmost concern for my comfort. His nurse was also very kind and helped with with the biopsy. On a later appointment the nurse took the sutures out of my face and was so gentle. At yet another appointment, I saw the nurse practitioner and she was very nice. I was very comfortable with her treating me. All of the office staff were very nice also. I am very glad that I made a decision to come to this dermatologist!"

It was one medical appointment that was marvelous, in the sea of terribleness after the closure of St margarets. The staff is very helpful. And I was seen quickly after my arrival."

"My procedure went well. They just had to remove a bit more from a previous procedure. But when I went to schedule a 6 month skin check, the girl at the computer said that I’m already scheduled for an October procedure on my upper left arm. I replied that I don’t. She said yes I do it’s on her computer. I then said there was nothing ever found on my upper left arm. Which was then confirmed by the person that just did my procedure. They had me scheduled for an extraction for something that I didn’t need. Had to be for someone else. HUGE MISTAKE. My confidence in this place is now gone."

"They listen. Ive one visit so far. I was comfortable , staff professional and friendly. I miss my first appt but everything was adjusted and everyone handled my meltdown very well. We all know what it's like when you're in pain. To be heard really helps."
