"Didn't get past the initial call. I have Hyatt Legal Services and was trying to make an appointment for Elder Law to plan for my parents. As soon as I mentioned I had a Hyatt Legal Plan, the receptionist told me that I couldnt use it for my parents. I told her the plan document specially stated it covers consultation and document review for issues related to my parents. She also stated my father could not attend the appointment because the services were for me and not him.
