"If I could give zero stars I would! Called last week Wednesday, pleaded my case and told them I have court coming up in two weeks I need to meet and start moving forward! They told me not to worry that they would take care of me and scheduled an appointment for Monday (today) at 1:30 pm! I drove 40 minutes to meet with them got there the office is closed with a closed saying will return at 6.... Never got a call or anything to change the time or to let me know we need to reschedule!! I left work early and everything to make sure I was on time . So not only was my time wasted it was money off my check as well! Horrible, not professional at all!!!"
