The FedEx Drop Box located at 14500 John Humphrey Drive in Orland Park, Illinois, United States, offers convenient 24/7 drop-off for FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, and FedEx SmartPost prelabeled shipments. You can choose from 1-, 2-, or 3-day shipping for FedEx Express, or select FedEx Ground for shipments to arrive in 1-5 business days.

The drop boxes accept a variety of packages, including FedEx Express envelopes and boxes, as well as packages with your own packaging and a FedEx label. Package sizes up to 20" x 12" x 6" are accepted at the drop box location.

Drop-off times vary by location, with thousands of drop boxes now offering extended drop-off times. Some drop box sites also offer Saturday pickup options.

To use the drop box, you can create a shipping label online or fill out an airbill using your FedEx account number.
