"This is my second bad experience with a staffer at the Matteson Community Center (Celts Swim) location, the women staff members that are of the white ethnicity are very racist, unpleasant, rude and inconsistent in their approach and deliverance to children. There are no signs or anything written stating that children can’t hang from the basketball rim. I have three children swimming and one of my sons was told once not to continue that behavior and he ceased my second son stated he was told once as well to not hang from the rim and he ceased. I approached the staffer to ask what was the “rule” to hanging on the rim, which is inconsistent because my children were told two different version of the rules. As a parent I have sat and watched the interaction between this same staffer and other patrons and it is very rude and unpleasant especially to the African Americans…"

"This swim school teaches survival first, then skill. They use no assistive devices which leads to children who are confident in the water and do not require a "crutch". Their methods work and produce proficient swimmers. Learning a skill like swimming takes time, do not expect results in 2 weeks, but you will absolutely see improvements slowly but surely! Responsive management when emailed. As a former swim team member, swim instructor, and life guard, I highly recommend Celts Swim School."
