"Like many people, my first introduction to the Czech language was through Duolingo. I quickly realized that trying to learn a new language on the app was a poor substitute for actually taking lessons with an instructor. If you’re only looking to memorize a couple phrases, sure, use the app. But if you are interested in actually learning the language, courses like the ones offered at T. G. Kristýna is an excellent instructor, she provides tons of learning resources, and she has an immense amount of patience with her students. I have no hesitation in recommending T. G. Masaryk for anyone who wants to learn Czech!"

"Heritage is important! My mother in law has taken classes here in the past and she loved them. I was so happy they have classes online since I am not close enough to take in person. Have wanted to learn my ancestral language with a teacher for years especially since Duolingo is not helpful. The teacher was phenomenal! I took the Beginning Czech 1 course, and although Czech is a difficult language, our instructor (Kristyna) explained things and presented her classes in a way that made sense and helped decode it for me.
