"I kindly request the manager or who ever is in charge of this location to please provide some basic training, as I just got a call from Ms. Lewis who was very unprofessional. Our package got rerouted to this location as fedex tried to deliver on MLK day and when I said we were closed on MLK day, she said, no fedex didn't close for MLK day. I had to repeat 3 times before she paid attention to listen to what I was saying before yelling at me because our location was closed when the driver tried to deliver a package."
"I live in an apartment building, drivers never bother to call to get signature, the phone number is just there, I even created a Fedex deliver manager instruction, but no, nobody have the time to call, just leave a doortag and run away."
"I picked up a watch that was shipped . I was the only customer in the center so I gave the attendant my shipping number , he promptly retrieved the package, I signed for it and was on my way."
"I was only in here for about 5 minutes and thankfully was the only customer. The one lady was really nice the other not so much. I hate even talking about Covid as I am over it but they want you to mask up, but when you walk in they don't have a mask and then proceed to be rude to you about wearing a mask properly etc. Aside from the one lady it was a super easy process and was out the door quick enough."
"Staff at this location is very friendly and helpful! Alex took great care in helping me find a proper box size and while packing items for a care package I made for my friend. Staff wore masks correctly and had signs displayed encouraging social distancing and face coverings for customers. Greatly appreciated care, kindness and understanding during this time!"
