"I arrived as soon as they opened, the young lady helping me was awesome. She was able to find my package and give it to me. After Calling customer service Being no health and hanging up on me multiple times. I am extremely grateful that she was there to help me."

"The is the worst DHL delivery service ever. Delivery drivers lied about their delivery attempts. First day Jan 24, 2024 DHL driver failed to deliver. Second day Jan 25 lied in the system and said delivery attempted and no one home and also said they cannot leave the parcel because of signature required which I signed a signature release online. We were home and have security cameras so we would know if the driver attempted to deliver to our property. Third day Jan 26 the delivery driver alibi was due to bad weather. But there was no bad weather and roads were completely clear.I tracked the package on and off all day and the driver was 3 miles from our house and never attempted to deliver to our house. Driver turned around and heading back to Franklin Park Illinois DHL Express Service Point. While he was heading back the system still showed package is out for delivery but it will be delayed. This company is so corrupt. The customer service and chat system were no help. I am worried now that my package is lost and they would say they still have it in their warehouse. There is no phone number to contact the local warehouse at DHL Express Franklin Park, Illinois Service Point. Our last resort was to to talk to the manager. The customer service had the call center called us back verified by their own phone number. Well we will see how that turns out."

"Waiting for two days and the driver never stops at my house he did pass so the tracker of his truck will check he was here but its sucks never again pay extra for fast delivery and losing two days just waiting don’t get this service Driver location (franklin park ill ) location"

"This is just terrible. I ordered a package on the 8th. First it sat at the Cincinnati DHL location for 5 days and now it has been at the Franklin Park location for the last 4 days. I don’t understand what the hold up is. Please deliver my package! My items were ordered with more than enough time for Christmas. I am depending on this package as it has very important items. Please please please deliver my package. This is unacceptable."

"Tracking gave my package an ETA one week ago. It arrived at Franklin Park only yesterday. It then said it was being held due to a local issue. Then today it says the entire building is temporarily closed. What? I just want my package I shouldn't have to go through all this just to get some stuff I ordered weeks ago now."
