"Early morning delivery went fast."

"I had an extremely horrible experience with DHL right now. DHL has been transit my package to different locations for the past week, which supposedly to be delivered on the past Tuesday, and they didn’t. So I change to pick up, but then when I arrived at pickup, they have told me it’s been transferred to another facility; when I arrived to the other facility, they told me it’s been transferred back to the original facility. And now it’s stuck for 5 days because of “weather “ (which there was no snow). And when I called everyday to confirm the pick up address, all they were telling me was “ sorry we don’t have that information “ or “sorry we couldn’t help you with that “. My package was supposed to be delivered on last Tuesday, and now; 7 days later, DHL still don’t know when my package will arrive at the facility for pick up, and they don’t know the location. My question is, did they loose my package or is this a fraud? Forgot to mention, none of their supervisor ever reached out to help me which I requested for a few times."

"This facility came on Sunday 8/9/2020 , pickup 1500 appointment time left 19:45 with 12 skids only , one forClift gurl work by her self , and one guy on window. Too many trucks after me waiting.... with no respect at all for time . Wash room outside. No parking, never come back DHL , soon u will loose the business.( express )!!!!!!!!, ."
