I called their customer service number and the text link to file a claim was "page not found". It took a couple of weeks to finally get a human on the phone and now they won't refund the money because it's been more than 2 weeks. DO NOT USE FEDEX, they don't want to take responsibility when the screw-up. USE USPS or UPS instead!"
