"Even the best divorce is filled with emotion and confusion. Paulette Theodosis is your secret weapon to keeping things under control! She is experienced, compassionate, and practical. Her coaching will help you see divorce from a pragmatic view. When you have questions, she will help you understand your options and how to get to the finish line as efficiently as possible. She’s hands down your most valuable resource in a divorce."
"I recently finalized my divorce and hired Anthony Giudice very early on in the process and I was sure happy that I did. Anthony made a very difficult and confusing time and process so much easier to handle and really took the time to understand my situation and come up with a plan that worked for me. Anthony was extremely responsive to all of my requests and would make sure that I fully understood my situation each step of the process. Anthony always took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was prepared for each step of the process. All i have are good things to say about Anthony and his team!"
"I was represented by Alyssa Smith for my divorce and she was amazing. She was compassionate to my situation, advocated for me at every turn, and was able to clearly communicate everything that was happening. She showed unbelievable patience in working with me to get everything precisely how it needed to be. She made a time of my life that was already very difficult bearable by being responsive, communicative, and understanding. She balanced my desire to get things over quickly with making sure my needs were met and everyone was treated fairly, and she did it masterfully. I cannot say enough good things!"
"Edit: The firm responded to my review saying they suggested discovery. A joke! They never did! Why would I turn this down?! My new attorney merely suggested discovery and has earned me over $300 monthly a month in support. It’s sad they will respond to make themselves look good and never even filed the motion to withdraw with court. My new attorney filed substitution. If they keep on responding I will gladly give my court case # so you can search for yourself. What’s more upsetting is the firm took time to respond to this bad review vs making things right! Initial review: I had heard great things about this firm and I decided to have my parenting agreement and support case handled by them after my first choice was on maternity leave, Mollie Peskind. Jeff Muntz took my initial call and recommended I go with a Jr associate, Alyssa Smith as I had already gone through mediation and only a few items outstanding. After reading good reviews on her and promised by Jeff my case would be overseen by Sr attorneys I hired her on. Other reviews mention Alyssa is nice and responsive (agreed) but you also need to be aggressive with the opposing counsel and knowledgeable. To give details on my case I was unmarried and only needed a parenting plan support filed which again most had already been handled by mediation including financial calculations. Support calculations reflected I should obtain $400 more monthly from my current verbal arrangement with my ex. The calculations took into account the ~50 annual sleepovers (PT dad), medical credit of $200 because I carry her on my insurance etc. Alyssa went to pre trial without EVER asking for “discovery” to obtain bank statements and credit card expenses which is crucial since my ex is self employed (lawyer), makes almost double of what I make, luxury cars written off as business expense (extra income to him) and to have more of an argument for the extra support. Alyssa was recommending for me to agree to the same amount of support my ex and I had already agreed to verbally before we hired lawyers. She didn’t seem to know how to read the financials, calculations nor knowledge to have more evidence and ask for discovery. I also found myself correcting Alyssa on more than one occasion on items we had already covered. I left a message for Jeff Muntz about my case and I never received a call. Then I called Tricia and she never called me back so I sent her an email. I did obtain a response but never did they acknowledge any of the details I’m stating on here. After I decided not to continue my case with this firm I scheduled several consults with other attorneys and they all didn’t understand why at this juncture at least my parenting plan had not been filed with court as the only pending item was support. All of the attorneys stated discovery is crucial in my situation. Do your due diligence. Also pay attention to billing and understand how you will be billed because it adds up quick and I was considered an easy case. Although for most Jr associates you end up paying $250 an hour regardless if court goes only for 5 min this firm like most larger firms will charge you additional fees for the admin work. One example I was not happy about were two court appearances from Alyssa which cost me $400 each (after their hourly rate and admin fees). One they requested for a judge change on their part and another the opposing counsel called in sick. This is already overwhelming to not hire an attorney you are paying to actually get the ball rolling on your behalf. I took the liberty to write this lengthy review since I was never called by Jeff or Tricia."
"I was filing for divorce from my husband of 27 years and I hired Goostree Law Group to represent me. I was assigned to Olivia Voleta. She was a sharp, organized, and understanding person. My experience with her and the supporting staff was great! I always felt like I was being supported. Never having hired an attorney before, Olivia was kind enough to make sure I understood the legal terms, etc.. And she seemed genuinely interested in my financial status as a newly retired worker. And gave me good advice on certain things like how to choose what to do to save me money. Small bits of info that were greatly appreciated by me. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone who needs an attorney to check out Goostree Law Group! Thanks, Olivia!"
