"I used this service back in August. I had some packages shipped from the store and some picked up from my old apartment. All of my items arrived in Poland however some of my packages were damaged beyond repair. I also had issues with customs because for whatever reason the person working at the store labeled all of the items as clothes. I have tried several times to get a hold of someone for the damaged packages I have no response and no one seems to want to address the issue that they damaged several of my items that I cannot get replaced despite saying that the items were fragile. No one from the company is willing to help me and they're blaming me for their mistakes. Avoid this shipping company like the plague because if this is how they do business then I'd rather pay the premium at places like FedEx and UPS."
