"Delivery service could be better"
"They are awful! I ordered a few things that were to be delivered in a window between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM the following week. At 3:00 PM, they still weren't there. I called and spoke to someone who assured me that they would be there shortly and the driver "was in the neighborhood and just running late." At 4:00 PM I get an email saying that my delivery date was rescheduled until 2 days later. I had already wasted one day, not about to waste another. Canceled order immediately. Never again!"
