"Terrible experience. The staff at this location is always trying their best to do the least amount of work. I was trying to drop off a package here and a female staff member with shoulder length hair and glasses said "oh we don't do that stuff here" prompting me to ask exactly what this USPS branch does if not ship packages and handle mail. She rudely replied "you know, sell stamps and stuff". If I have to drive to Gurnee, lake Villa or round lake to use postal services any way, I hope this useless pseudobranch closes down. Terrible."

"This is not an official branch, you can't do certain services here and they can't give you a receipt for a package you need to send and track. Ceiling inside has visible mold from leaks; they should fix it, that's a health hazard for the workers there all day. Anyway, USPS needs to post the information on Google maps that this is not an official location to save people time and trouble, was frustrating to plan my afternoon around going here and not being able to get it done that day."

"the reason i am giving 2 stars is because the bad thing is one worker, in particular the one that’s caucasian, short-ish hair, and glasses, i forget my tape every so often, and this time she got mad and said “listen, we can’t keep on supplying your tape. next time you have to be prepared”, listen lady, we supply your job with our own taxes. I think supplying a little bit of tape for a label isn’t horrible. she’s always in a horrible mood even when i have everything ready, she never responds, if anything it’s with a small head-nod, or a head shake. terrible lady there. everyone else seems fine i guess, i’m going to start going to a different post office because in my 2-3 years going there constantly, she’s always so mad and giving bad vibes. everything else seems fine in a way. if you’re reading this lady, or anyone, start acting more positive with your job."
