"Overall I feel as though the center staff are gossipy. I addressed a few concerns to a staff member and this were miss portrayed to another, making it seem like the issue I had was completely different than the one I had. Sam, one of the higher ups “addressed” my concerns however was condescending with how she addressed it. I feel like she didn’t address or care about my concerns and spoke down to me. I do enjoy the other staff but I did not appreciate the gossipy mess of the staff between the staff and the senior."
