"Terrible customer service every time I go In there the workers are sitting on stools and they only reach as far as their arms will extend and otherwise you have to Give it to them I went in on a Saturday morning to mail a letter and was told that I needed correct change as they had no change it's a business rude attitude!!!!"

"Twice I've been in, both times were the worst customer service. Younger lady working their is very rude, and I mean for a simple question. If you don't like your job, get a new one...no need to be so rude to anyone that walks in the door"

"The worst customer service I have experienced at a post office. The passport lady refused to do her job with my kids passports because we were supposed to have arrived 15mins early to an appt when the office didn’t open until 9am and the appt was at 9! I asked if she could do 4 of the 5 passports I need since technically i would still have an 1 hr of her time and they only a lot 15mins per customer. She said no! So apparently she was going to do nothing for my scheduled time and the post office doesn’t need the money either! Good job hiring staff that wants to work and service the community."

"Absolutely horrible customer service. One clerk specifically, the young African American lady. So much so that I avoid going in there. As an African American myself, I am appalled, and embarrassed that we have this extremely rude and incompetent girl as the person everyone has to deal with at this location. She cuts you off, won't listen to your needs, and basically tells you it's not her problem. It feels very much like she only cares about her paycheck and not the needs of the community. Every time I leave upset. I'm not sure who to call, or what to do, but if you need help with anything, I highly suggest you go to another post office. I've literally never written a review on any establishment until now, and I'm angry that I have to drive out of my way for any postal needs. I can completely forget getting any help with any local postal needs. Unless you like to be treated like garbage- avoid Minooka post office."
