FedEx Ground 920 West Taylor Road, Romeoville, IL 60446

"Very disappointed. Was told it was 'attempted to deliver ' which apparently required a signature (another issue with the seller not FedEx). Nothing shows they attempted to come to my home at all. Avoid FedEx like a plague and very disappointed that this came FedEx as I purchased it via Amazon which I didn't know was a FedEx delivery until today. After repeat issues and damaged property, I do not trust FedEx with anything"

"Package has been stuck here for about 48hrs. No movements to the next facility or departure scans. Just “Arrived at Fedex Location in Romeoville, IL”. Frustrating. How can you lose a package that weighs 65lbs? Its a larger shipment carrying an entire bed frame. Beats me."

"I ordered on Nov 24 and it originally said it would arrive on the 28th. Nope, that's when it arrived at the Romeoville location and the delivery date changed to Dec 1st. Then that day comes around and the date changes to the 2nd. Now today is the 2nd and the delivery date has changed again to the 3rd. I'm starting to worry that this will just be perpetual and my package will never arrive because they somehow lost my package but just don't want to tell anyone."

"Scheduled delivery was Nov 9 but now it says Nov 13th. I needed it no later than Nov 11th. I give FedEx a zero score and if I could it would be a minue 10. Even driving to FedEx store to get info did not help me!!!!!!"

"Applied to be a package handler here. After orientation there was supposed to be training the next day. The training manager called off due to some unexpected event, fair enough. We were told to come in the next day (today as of posting this) at the same time 3:45AM I show up about 10 mins early. Soon enough 4am rolls around then 4:15. Another person shows up around that time and says they are there for training at 4:30! Having now wasted the past half an hour I was pretty mad and it was clear to me the training manager wasn't going to show up anytime soon if at all. So I walked out and told security to scratch my name off the new hires. Unbelievable."
