"The ups website is so slow and freezes up. Please fix. Been getting worse since 1 year ago. Guided or unguided. Making shipment. Takes like 20 minutes. Everything else is fine."

"Second time i've had a bad experience with them. Driver is always not picking up package. I always have to call customer service and they would create a case for palatine branch to check what is going on. It also doesnt help that the lady (supervisor or manager) who calls (because i request for a call from the branch itself) doesnt even apologoize and sound so proud. Quite annoying!"

"Worst customer service. Explained several time that it is an emergency. Package was delayed delivery for 4 days due to weather and I totally understand. But I can come to their location to pick up package. They have package at facility and management doesn’t want to help and look for it. Very disappointed."

"Had a package out for delivery, never got a paper saying my package needed a signature till the 3rd attempt, they left a note saying it would be final delivery attempt. Contacted ups through customer service but they weren't any help. I went to this location since this where they told me I could pick up. I showed up around 6:50 pm, they looked up my packages and said they had them so they would go get them, keep in mind it was multiple packages. They close at 8, I was there until 8:10 and I ended up being kicked out, my packages were never brought out but the lady came back with one box and had me sign which I later noticed it was not even my package but the guy before me. I mentioned it was 2 packages and the lady raised her voice and said it would get delivered the next day, to add to that the hour o was there, the lady was unprofessional and rude to the customers. She didn't let someone drop off packages at 7:58 but then another lady came in at 8:05 and she gladly helped her. I drove about an hour to pick up and left back empty handed. If I could put 0 stars, I would!"

"Horrible company!!! Ordered a package I needed because I was going out of the country. They attempted to deliver it and I wasn’t home to sign for it. They told me it was at advanced auto parts so I went the next day to pick it up and the package was nowhere to be found. Then the next morning I checked the ups store by my house and they told me it’s at another location and they are going try to deliver it again. Unbelievable!!!! And I will be out of the country so of course I won’t be able to sign for it. The worst company I have ever dealt with!!!"
