"The calm before the storm. I was at Sam Ash earlier tonight. There is currently a tornado warning, but I made it home safe WITH my guitar. I needed a repair and I was certain that I would be dropping off my guitar to pick up at a later date. As I walk in the store, I was instantly greeted with a group of employees showing some of the most awesome camaraderie I have seen in any store. They seemed genuinely happy to be at work. Rate these days. My guitar was treated like a patient in a hospital. What I thought would be days ended up being minutes. I enjoyed some laughs and learned a couple things from the staff while I watched them work. I have no reason to go ANYWHERE else for my music needs. I know Ben and Chloe and am embarrassed I don’t know more names of the employees. Again, super friendly and fun crew."

"This store sucks. Every time I come here, at least 2 people ask me what I'm looking for and when I tell them they just say cool, its over there and continue to play guitar. Zero help. I had the mistake of having some luthier work done here and my guitars came back to me with glue smudges all over the body and no noticeable improvement. . It seems like if you work at this place you either don't know anything about instruments or you are too busy playing guitar to help a customer. I won't even buy a cable or picks from this store."

"I've never had a bad experience at Sam Ash. But this was an exceptionally epic visit, worthy of a shout out. I was looking for some advice on a new bass amp and Andrew went above and beyond to ensure we picked one with the exact sound I was looking for. He got to show off his mad bass skills on multiple brands, models and sizes until we found one that fell in that sweet spot of not being larger/louder than I need, but having a rich full tone. If not for Andrew, I would've gone with internet advice and purchased a sound that I was trying to avoid. We picked a Hartke-HD-25 and I absolutely loveee the amp. This is how businesses makes lifelong customers."
